BIO-based and cicular pavillion

How far can you come with 1000 euros, 25 pair of hands and a lot of creativity?
By harvesting materials free for collection or from websites like "Martkplaats.nl" and "Oogstkaart.nl", materials for a pavillion were collected by students. There is so much available out there. The reason why cicularity is difficult to implement in the current buiding practice is that is requires knowledge about the available materials before you can finalise the design. Feasability studies, cost estimates and planning approval by municipalities require knowledge about the materials used, many months, sometime years ahead of construction.
