The design of this Reiss store in London is based around the concept of showing items that are on display as something precious like an artefact in a museum that is on display in a glass box. The facade of the store consists of a series of glass boxes stacked on top of each other to form a three storey facade. Each glass box is big enough to show one mannequin or a limited number of accessories. This makes each item something special which is worth to be seen.  The effect is emphasized by dramatic lighting at the top and bottom of the display. The back of each display box is formed by anodized aluminium slats which still allow views into the shop behind.
